Dhyan Asana or Meditative pose

Meaning

Technique: 1- Dhyan could be practiced in any comfortable position. As it is mentioned in Hatha Yog Pradipika that for meditation the position should be stable as well relaxed. 2- The Arms are relaxed and the shoulders are also loose during practice. 3- Spinal cord should be straight by which the energy supply

4- The eyes could be open, slightly closed and closed as well. It depends what kind of dhyan is in practice.

5- During Dhyan its so important to be tension free and to be in silence because of it soothes the inner self.

2- A daily practice of meditation for 15-30 minutes rejuvenates the nervous system.
